Sonata in B Minor
Softly-
With power,
Delicate-
With force.
Fearfully and excitedly,
Twist and tangle,
Reach and bend,
Jump!
Soar!
You alone can reach for that no one has,
You alone can see what we cannot!
Kneel!
The poets and artists of his and mine,
Each contemporaries in their own right-
Hear his genius!
Consider your plight!
The heart he embraces the heavens with,
The arms he uses to find,
The stars themselves fall into his hand,
You walk- but he flies.
Majesty and glorious dignity,
Force tears to stream from even the staunchest man.
Roaring applause!
Stunned disbelief!
And, in its purest form,
Admiration!
Love!
